The iSchool uses a JAMF Software Server (JSS) to manage all the Apple iMacs, MacBooks and mobile devices in our environment. The JSS allows us to offer software that has been configured for the iSchool environment, printers, etc.

If you have a Mac that was issued by iSchool IT but never enrolled and you want to take advantage of iSchool software, here is how to enroll your device.

  • Browse to the following URL.

https://ischool.jamfcloud.com/enroll/

  • Enter the username ienroll and the password iSchoolEnroll.

JSS Enroll Web Page

  • When you are prompted to assign the device to a user, enter your UW NetID
  • If you are enrolling an iOS device (iPad, iPhone), accept and install both certificates when prompted
  • If you are enrolling a macOS device (MacBook, iMac), download and install QuickAdd.pkg

If enrollment is successful, the app “Self Service” will appear on the device.
