You must be a current iSchool student to be listed in the iSchool Student Directory. If you are a current iSchool student and are not showing up in the iSchool Student Directory it may be because you have opted-out of all UW directory listings. This setting can be found in MyUW -> Quick Links -> Change Student Address.

If you select “Yes”, your information will be listed in all UW directories including the iSchool Student Directory. Changing this setting to “Yes” may take up to 24 hours for your information to appear in the iSchool Student Directory. If you select “No”, your information will not be included in all UW directories, including the iSchool Student Directory.

You can select “No” in the option above and choose to not be listed in the UW general directory and still be listed in only the iSchool Student Directory:

Open the iSchool Student Directory. If you cannot log in to the directory and feel that you should have access, please contact the iSchool IT Help Desk.

Once logged into the iSchool Student Directory, click the My Profile Settings link in the top-right:

Check the “Opt-in for iSchool Student Directory” or “Opt-in for iSchool PhD Directory” boxes depending on which directories you would like to be listed in.

After checking the boxes, and saving the setting, it could take up to three (3) hours for your information to appear in the iSchool Student Directoy. If after three (3) hours your information doesn’t appear, please contact the iSchool IT Help Desk.

iSchool PhD students can edit the content of their directory pages through their Activity Insight user account.
