To upload an image in the body content area of any page, first log in to the iSchool website with your UW NetID and password. Then go to the Drupal environment for the site and find the page you would like to edit. In the wiziwig for the Body field, click on the image icon shown below. Then the image pop-up will show up. Click on the cyan button that says “Browse Server” and a File Browser window will pop up.

Make sure the folder selected in the Navigation pane on the left is the correct destination folder for your image (usually it will be under “photos”). Then click on the “Upload” button–> choose a file from your local directory–> “Open” –> “Upload”. The image you just uploaded will show up on the right pane in the list of File Names. To undo your upload, select the name of the file on the right pane and press the red “Delete” at the top. To select the image to insert into the wiziwig, press the green arrow “Insert file”. You must fill in the “Alternative Text” field before you hit OK. You may adjust the width, height, alignment and/or any other image properties as you wish.
