iSchool IT uses Request Tracker (commonly referred to as RT) to track help requests. You can easily view all of the tickets you are on by browsing to this URL:

and logging in with your RT username and password.

Your username will be your email address unless you are a privileged user in the system in which case it is your UW NetID.
