UW IT has procured and enabled the domain for email. This means that in addition to being able to receive email sent to <your UW NetID> and <your UW NetID> you can now receive email sent to:

<your UW NetID>

To be able to RECEIVE email sent to any of these three addresses you do not need to do anything. Everything will be automatically routed to your Google Apps, Outlook Live, or Exchange inbox or forwarded to the address you have specified in MyUW.

On the other hand if you want to SEND from your address you will need to make a change.

If you are using the UW Exchange server you need to browse to the UW Exchange Email “From Address” Change Request web page here:

If you are not using the UW Exchange server then you just need to configure whatever email client you are using and you can find instructions here:
